Coaching is all about increasing your level of self-empowerment. It's about helping you travel at your own pace to achieve the goals you set for yourself, with the support and encouragement of a non-judgmental cheerleader.
Catherine uses her own lived experience of serious mental illness, and accumulated tools for coping with trauma and overwhelm, to support her clients not only feel better, but also achieve what they really want out of life.
